With so many kitchen and food blogs no one ever mentions the casual wealth that’s required to have all the kitchen gadgets and pans and tools and stuff. Not to mention small apartment kitchens and not kitchens with double ovens and an island. Show me a food blog where the person creates amazing meals with only 2-3 pots/pans, where they have to do stuff by hand because they don’t have a kitchen aid stand mixer, where they’re constantly battling for counter and storage space.
